Attorney King’s practice is centered around providing legal representation to many different types of clients. Growing up, Attorney King’s parents both owned small businesses and real estate in the Pittsburgh area; so, he has spent his entire life “working in the business” of real estate and corporate transactions.
Attorney King concentrates his practice on a few main areas including real estate law, business/corporate law, and wills, trusts, and estates. He has experience negotiating lease buyouts, buy/sell agreements, and commercial leases in amounts over 5 million dollars. Further, he has experience handling landlord/tenant matters at all phases of representation. He also advises an extensive group of businesses in their contracts, corporate transactions and formation, and real estate matters.
In addition, he has experience handling a wide variety of personal injury cases, including slip and falls, auto accidents, motorized vehicle accidents, property damage claims, dog bites, traumatic brain injury cases, and specialized negligent infliction of emotional distress claims.
In his free time, he enjoys rooting for all Cleveland sports teams, including the Browns, Cavaliers, and Guardians. Prior to becoming an attorney, he was a professional poker player and paid his way through undergrad and law school via his poker career. He is also an avid cryptocurrency enthusiast and enjoys researching and understanding this new exciting technology.
