Attorney King’s practice is centered around providing legal representation to many different types of clients. Growing up, Attorney King’s parents both owned small businesses and real estate in the Pittsburgh area; so, he has spent his entire life “working in the business” of real estate and corporate transactions.

   Attorney King concentrates his practice on a few main areas including real estate law, business law, and corporate law. He has experience negotiating lease buyouts, buy/sell agreements, and commercial leases in amounts over 5 million dollars. Further, he has experience handling landlord/tenant matters at all phases of representation. Attorney King was also published in the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section (RPPT) of the Pennsylvania Bar Association concerning 1031 exchanges and how to navigate these delicate transactions.

   He also advises an extensive group of businesses in their contracts, corporate transactions and formation decisions. He enjoys assisting business owners in navigating the challenging legal landscape.

   In addition, Attorney King is the primary title agent for Riverside Settlement Services, a closing and title company located in Beaver, PA. Via his role in Riverside Settlement Services, Attorney King provides title insurance and closing/settlement services to clients engaged in purchasing or selling real estate.

In his free time, he enjoys rooting for all Cleveland sports teams, including the Browns, Cavs, and Guardians. Prior to becoming an attorney, he was a poker player and paid his way through undergrad and law school via his poker career. He is also an avid cryptocurrency enthusiast and enjoys researching and understanding this new exciting technology.
